An international award-winning designer and 22 year design veteran, Tom joined Murray Brand Communications in 2003 as a design director specializing in brand identity and packaging design. Previously, his professional experience included 8 years at SBG Partners and 4 years at Enterprise IG where he held multiple design positions including that of design director.
An expert in brand identity, package design and editorial layout, Tom has served as a senior designer or design director on projects for Nestle, Coca Cola, the San Francisco Giants, Del Monte, Clorox, Safeway and Kraft Foods. Since joining the Murray Brand Communications staff, he has served as the senior creative on projects including the redesign of the entire Cranium identity and portfolio, Wal-Mart, Broderbund Software, Nonni's Food Company, ConAgra Foods, Butterball Turkey Company, Hebrew National, Cott Beverages and Nuance Software.
During the past 4 years, creative teams directed by Tom have earned industry-wide recognition as they have been honored with 18 international and domestic brand strategy and design awards. Awards include the American Graphic Design Award for packaging and brand identity as well as the Global Beverage Packaging Award.
